Any snacks low in calorie, shop bought or home made recipes?

Hi :)

I like to snack mid morning and sometimes mid afternoon, but I always seem to eat items high in calories, or snack on so much fruit ...

Are there any low calorie snacks that I can buy from a shop or make myself ...?

I like Triscuits and Laughing Cow cheese wedges or for something sweet these fruit leather strips from http://www.stretchislandfruit.com/ProductsFruitStrips.aspx . I find them in the organic section of my local Publix, but they are only 45 cals for a big fruit strip. It is like a fruit roll-up for adults but made with real fruit. Yummy. :)

Also, hummus. Hummus with Triscuits or Hummus with vegetables is sooo good. Yum!

I always snack on the 100 calorie packs. They make them for chips ahoy, oreos, crackers and more. Also 100 calorie packets of almonds.
  • 100 calorie packs!
They make them in almost anything anymore, or if you like special K, I buy their 90 calories strawberry cereal bars. Their really good.
  • My every week staples are string cheese, rice cakes, peanut butter (1 tbs at a time), fiber bars, nonfat yogurt, and melba toast. I also like skinny cow and weight watchers frozen treats for my sweet teeth. Lol
