Yes. That is why I got Bowflex ones that goes up to 52.5. it is my 2nd round of chalean exreme.. for first round, I only go up to 25.. I just finished burn phase. I go up to 30-35 (35 for last one today for squats). so push I am determined to fail by 6-7 and whenever I reach 8, I increase heavy weights for better results.…

thats cool. I have fitbit.. It will do. I'm just trying not to worry too much about it. so I usually eat under my calories burnt per day. I'm trying so hard to let scale go. so far I'm doing well. it is all about mentality and i'm working on it :)

I am curious.. do you use Polar HRM to measure burn and add to BMF? Because I know calories on BMF is usually low than HRM.

same here.. I ignored what fitbit gives me. Apparently I do not have that problem. I add what I burn from HRM and they don't really add anything.. yes that happens last week.. but not lately? maybe I'm wrong? sometimes when I walk a lot, they add adjustment calories because of walk I had today or something like that.

I gained 15lbs in 8 weeks.. but is already 7 lbs down. My wi is not until tomorrow.. it is my 2nd week, almost 3rd week on Saturday. Keep going! its worth it! I think it is the best part of my life by doing reset. FOR REAL. <3

I did 8 weeks reset and gained 15 lbs.. but I've lost 7 lbs already (2nd week going to be 3rd week this Saturday). It is mostly water really. I am so happy I've done this reset-- it has helped me mentally. I'm much happier!

I feel you girl. but this is more of LIFESTYLE for LIFETIME. not a quick diet. I have to remind that myself many times. I just need to get this LOW calories plan out of my system so I can live my life losing weight right way and become leaner... that is all.

OMG.. that sounds just LIKE ME... was on WW.. barely 1,000-1,200 calories diet (despite the fruits/vegguies calories) but i went crazy on cardio like 2 hours everyday (with ad ay of rest or soemthing). i gained QUICKLy whenever I go off the plan.. TOTALLY hate it..

I use unsweetened almond milk. but I still go over sugar due to fruits, veggies etc.. Someone mentinoed it is fine.. so I'm sticking to it lol

After takling to Lucia, I have decided to keep 10% for now.. for 4 weeks. I have not took any pictures of myself since April I think.. I hate how my stomach looks.. it used to be more flat, but now it is ROUND like Im preg or something.. whatever :) Thank god for Lucia and Kiki who kept me sane.. sigh! Kiki you look great…
