I've decided to do my cut on July 5th, end of my 8th week of reset will be on 3rd of July. since I've gained 8 lbs in two weeks. Should I change my TDEE/BMR/etc due to that or that is just water retention. I know it can't be FAT ;) I have not eat more than 3,500 in a day!
