im a mommy of 3.. a 5 year old, a year old and a 6 weeks old and with 3 c sections and this one being the toughest i can not work out for another 6 weeks and need to start some where to get my body back and healthy!!

So I have never been one to count calories and have no idea where to start.. i know since im nursing i have to add an additional 500 calories! but need help planning meals.. any good recipes??
