You CAN do it! Are you on any particular program? Maybe write your goals down, or re-read them if you already have! Put your thoughts in check and flood your mind with positive thoughts. Boredom eater. I more often forget to eat when I'm stressed, but if I start... I won't stop! Lol! I've pretty much broken the habits, but it has been hard, and I'm only 6 weeks in. I know I can keep up the good habits, but it really takes stocking healthy snacks, and appropriate quantities of those at work.
