I'm so late for this update but this year it took me 66 minutes to finish. I lost count of the push ups when some screamed good job at me. hehehehe. They say the hardest part of crossfit is keeping count.

THAT WAS BRUTAL. I wanted to punk out when I saw it. Even my inner beast was like, 'Naw we're good, go back to bed'. My inner, inner beast has to convince me to do this one. I scaled it, and got a time of 20:31. I'm still on the couch.

I got 171 scaled. I am definitely feeling it today.

I did it this morning, scaled. I received a score of 195. The worse part for me was the burpees. My advise would be just to keep moving, breath, and keep that core tight on the lunges. The time is long, but the reps are short. I was able to keep a steady pace the entire time and that as amazing for me.

Yeah it was great, and you are correct, programming and setup has to be done to make sure everyone is going in some kind of flow instead of running into each other constantly. There was some bottle-necking but over-all it ran smoothly.

Today we did Fran, I did it on 9:06. Rx'ed the Thrusters, scaled the pullups. This was after our strength of heavy back squats. Legs were not happy.

I can't run from Zombies on a treadmill. At least in my mind I can't. I absolutely hate running so down loading Zombies, Run really helped get me moving.
