I do tend to do it for the days I work, since I pack my lunches anyway. It also helps keep me from straying.

135. My inital goal was to be 145, since that's always where I seem to end up. But I've continued to lose a bit more even on maintenance. I fluctuate between 132-135 or so. I'm 5'3"

I don't either. I figure, it wasn't 1 cup of coffee that made me overweight....I'm losing, so I don't see it as an issue. When I did WW years ago, I never counted it either. And I lost 30 lbs and kept it off for a while until I got pregnant.

I had to do it for possible Celiac disease, which turns out, I didn't have. But I was on it twice for 4 months each time. If you do decide to do it, my advice would be to stay away from any foods that replace the real thing. GF breads, pastas, crackers, etc are generally really high in calories - more so than the original…

145 for me. That was my wedding weight and I felt really good there. I have a hard time maintaining anything less than that.
