  • hard on the digestion i think wait at least 20 min but do not go more than a hour without eating as the body likes to think it is too hungry, eat something light if that does not work for you try a yogurt fat free of course after a workout that is easy on the digestion
  • also try doing the zumba dancing every other day if you can
  • try some latin dancing called zumba it seems to be helping mine slowly and watch the carbs
  • Try tuna, salmon, bison, some organic foods have good protein! I have protein for every meal and I get anywhere from 80 to 100 of protein a day, keep my carbs low but not too low!
  • I drink white wine with club soda and that helps with calories as long as you do not get carried away and add ice even better
  • Yes i just started zumba and am loving it so much fun. I also go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and tan there too.

  • Yes I do alot of sit up types of exercises but had ceasarian with my girls and have excessive roll of fat which seems to be impossible to tighten as much as I want. I will try this new latin dance dvd and hope it helps.

  • thankyou for the replies I thought that my hubbie was right about the dancing when I met him he used to dance ismoetrics type he was hot then still is but has lost alot of muscle due to health reasons.

  • Hi I have been talking with my instructor and she says that she sees me doing alot of conditioning exercises so if I want to lose more inches I need to lift heavier which is tough when you have tennis elbow in both arms and have to watch how much you lift. I have ordered some latin dancing videos which I am excited to try.…

  • Hi I work till 11 pm at night and have a break at 9.30, and usually need a snack as I sleep late in the morning and cannot get in more than 4 meals in a day. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to snack on so late at night that is not going put weight on?. I have asked in fitness magazines but never get a reply does…
  • I think the bigger you are the easier it is. I have a friend who is a very large woman and she could lose 10 pounds in a week if she tried or 5 for sure.
