:smile: I have been doing this dvd zumba latin dancing for awhile now and do see some toning results. I do cardio one day and body sculpting the next time. Cannot afford the gym, used to go but do not want anymore muscle building and so on. Does anyone know if what I do is sufficient enough?

am i defeating losing inches by eating a match of protein
I eat about 1200 calories a day no more unless I have a cheat day which is usually once a week, I usually eat almost as much protein as I do carbs but all depends on the day is this a bad thing!
