Hi I eat every other day 1 egg and a egg white with cheese one ounze only and some homemade whole wheat bread with lots of grains in it for breakfast, I do not get up in the am till at least 9 or 10 as I work a 6 hour night shift. For lunch I usually just have a small snack like yogurt and fruit or small salad which is usually around 2 pm. Then for dinner I eat some chicken or spaghetti or chili things along that line between 4.00 and 4.30 pm then at 6.30 i will have something light for a snack and then at 9.30 also as I am at work from 5 to 11 pm. Is this a good combination or will this put more weight on myself? I cannot fit more than this for meals in my day.

How many calories are you taking in? Thats the most important thing, it doesn't sound like you are eating very much so just make sure you are and that should be ok. You may want to consider eating a little more for breakfast because thats the first meal that gets your metabolism going... I'm on my way out but I'm sure others will have more insight.... good luck!

ya as long you are eating your recommened calories a day, you should still lose weight. It doesnt matter what time of day you eat, what matters most is how many calories you are eating.0
