I do a lot of Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones and banish fat boost metabolism and the 30DS also billy blanks taebo but i think thats a lot of cardio i dont know any good strength training any tips?

Hi Jill..... Im Cynthia I was to a soda-holic... I'm 168 days "sober." it was more like a dare from the hubby and haven't looked back since he still drinks sodas and tries to test me. By putting it in my face but that doesn't work....lol gotta love him for that im mostly on water and juice going to drop those soon also and…
