totally agree! I'm addicted to spin class. Its definitely for everyone as you are in control of your own intensity. I found it has really helped with my running as well. I'm training for a half and my stamina and speed is amazing since I started spinning. Go for it! It is so much fun!

I have spent too much time in hospital with a sick child. Want to do as much as possible to keep healthy and stay out of hospital. I always say to my kids " if you are kind to your body, your body will be kind to you". You only get one life...MAKE IT COUNT!

I have that pproblem often, it is usually caused by muscles that are too tight and pinching somewhere in your neck or back. Usually a visit to my massage therapist fixes it. Hope this helps.

I'd say that if it's working for you then stick with it. Better to lose weight slowly and stay motivated then to be starving and binge.
