Alright - what should I eat?

You can check out my diary for today - it's day one of trying to do 30% protein at 1900 calories. Unfortunately my other days aren't accurate so please only look at today. Looking for suggestions on what to eat! :)

    protein pancakes are great: google it to get the recipe you would like. Cottage cheese (low fat) is all protein, mix with fruit or apple sauce and its a great snack ( with some almond slices). Check out Bodyforlife.ca they have ALL sorts of recipes, even dessert and snacks.
    BTW just a suggestion but you should switch to natural peanut butter and almond butter etc. Lower in sugar and full of "good fat".:happy:

    Give cottage cheese a try. You could mix it in with the salsa with your chips.
