  • I was doing heavy overhead squats and got stuck at the bottom of the squat..I fell backwards on my butt while the loaded bar went flying forward, not my most graceful moment!
  • I like to mix some raw quinoa with agave and then toast it in the oven for 10-12 minutes (or until golden) with some unsweetened coconut. Its then delicious to put on yogurt and fruit for some crunch and extra protein! It keeps in an airtight container for about a week which is a bonus..
  • Fort Collins here!!
  • can you narrow down if it is a specific vegetable/fruit that is causing the problem? That may be helpful. I was eating at least a cup of raw broccoli a day and developed an intolerance to it.. stomach cramping, dizziness, sweats and puking. It was organic and washed really well so was likely a compound in the broccoli…
  • Some of the greek yogurts have relatively low carb/high protein ratios. Make sure you get the plain yogurt though as the carbs go through the roof in the flavoured varieties...I like to bake some quinoa in the oven and add that to the yogurt with a little fruit..
