Well I try to eat as clean as I can. Buying minimal amounts of processed foods. No frozen, canned or packaged products. Try to buy whole foods and cook them from scratch yourself. This takes a lot more time but eliminates the chemicals and preservatives added in processed foods. I make more than I need and freeze small…

I enjoy Javita coffee with natural herbs, I actually sleep so much better at night. I think it's the Yerba Matte in it. I also use Truvia sweetener and sometimes coconut vanilla creamer.

Well good for you! That's awesome! That's interesting to hear....I have the "Insanity" workout, by beach body....I tried it years ago and it kicked me bad!!!! Thought it was too hard of a workout for me...so I quit....I have been doing the elliptical about 4-5 days a week, for about an hour. I also swam laps this summer…

Thank you for this post, I have been faithfully logging all my food and water intake and exersizing steady for a week and I also have actually put on a little weight...uggggggh.
