Pork chop with sliced cucumbers on the side.1

I make fajitas bowls with lettuce, quinoa, black beans, onions, peppers, avocado, and salsa...delicious!0

I like Atkins shakes for breakfast. Or cottage cheese.0

Start thinking out of the box, as it were. I sometimes have leftovers for breakfast. I've also been known to poach fish or heat up some canned kippers for breakfast. I've been known to just open a can of sardines for brekkie, too.0

I made soul bread last week and had peanut butter toast one day. It's a bit dry but seems to do the trick. I got the recipe online.0

Egg white frittatas in a muffin pan. They are filling and you can change the ingredients up in no time. My kids are loving it too.0

I love sardines for breakfast like @alanaincanada, but have definitely been known to heat up some meatballs, a burger, or even soup for breakfast from my freezer. I batch cook so I have a lot of options in a short amount of time.0

Great ideas all, thank you. I still love eggs (fried, scrambled, bacon cups) but when I don't have eggs, I normally just have a Bulletproof coffee - keeps me satiated for hours0

I just discovered bullet proof coffee this past weekend. Wow! I'm hooked. I had that for breakfast the past 2 days and I was full till lunchtime.
I didn't buy the brand name stuff. I just do 2 nespresso pods (essentially 2 espressos with a little extra hot water), 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp heavy cream, and about 1/2 tsp vanilla bourbon extract.

Cottage cheese with half an avocado, sprinkled with sesame seeds and light sea salt.0

When I need a break from eggs, I do "no-oatmeal". 2tbs flax seed meal, 2tbs chia seeds, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. I mix it up for the whole week on the weekend in jars and refrigerate. Pop one in the microwave for a minute in the morning hot "no-oatmeal" and then flavor however you want. Cocao nibs and vanilla, vanilla and cardamom, cinnamon, cocoa powder and peanut butter, etc. If you want it sweeter you can add whatever keto friendly sweetener you prefer.0
