Yumm! Some awesome alternatives to the simple almond milk/ coconut milk/chia seed mix I usually use!

Absolutely love the top! Looks like perfect coverage for my ladies! Lol

Awesome! Awesome work! Congrats on your NSV!

Your body is "mine". 5'9" and 152lb. I birthed five babes, 2 8lbers, a 10.5lber and the last twins totally 13lb....my stomach and boobs took a beating.... You look AMAZING...which means, if I see my body on you, I must too...... Need to buy a bikini.

Thanks! And yes...I solo parent for 14-16 days at a time while my hubby works 2 provinces away. He is home now and was working hard too while he was gone! Dropped four pounds in 17 days!

Fruit is my killer too - I LOVE a good bowl of berries - which now I use as a treat at the end of the day if I have Carb Space, and my other is banana with Pnut butter.... I was surprised at how something like cutting the tomato would have such an effect on me!

LOL I chuckled out loud for real at that one! ;) And yes - its an awesome feeling!

That's exactly my goal and where I've been to see the most recent success!

I've started with her No More Trouble Zones when I feel like doing a video. I also do a Brazilian Butt Workout on the treadmill - if you just search that you'll come up with it - you do various inclines and can vary your speed also. There is also an elliptical version. Then I do a weight lifting routine from…

ME! I'm at the 'last 10 pounds' stage.....I want to be ready for the last weekend in June for a music festival that always has at least one super hot day! So jealous of all these Jamiaca vacations! My FB is inundated right now with Canadians heading down to hot weather places...*sigh*

Thanks everyone! And yes! that 100 is the magic number! I was always hanging out at it but pushing to get BELOW it was the key! I couldn't believe by just cutting out one tomato a day, or one banana it was easy to get it down there! My goal this week is to add in more greeny veggies - more spinach. More broccoli etc. So…

http://practicalpaleo.blogspot.ca/2011/07/paleo-italian-salad-dressing-recipe.html This one is a staple in my kitchen! I really like it on pretty much any salad I make!

Oh my gosh! Me too! Insane is what I was!! I too have been grain free and living more of a primal lifestyle...higher fats, lower carbs and grain free (which eliminates a large portion of gluten!) it's amazing how I feel. I would suggest giving it a try and seeing if it works for you! You don't know if you don't try! Try…

Ditto that!

I myself am lactose intolerant so I do avoid dairy, but I would suggest reading www.robbwolf.com for a paleo viewpoint and www.marksdailyapple.com for the primal angle of this lifestyle. Primal allows for dairy. It's biggest premise is grain free and higher fats, unlike paleo which isn't as focused on the fats. I think you…

If you go into goals on your home page, you can choose the custom option and adjust your percentages for your macros and then whatever else you want to track.

I am living a Primal lifestyle, not necessarily a low carb lifestyle. I have my carb goal at 50-100g a day for weight loss. I tend to hang out just below the 100g mark and want to keep them for sure above the 50g. I find it works for me. I have no problems with it since I've cut out all grains. I get my carbs from veggies…

:) Definitely one of the better aspects of MFP! :)

Ditto.....I buy java club beans and grind it myself. Worked out to 13 cents a cup the last time I insanely ground an entire bag and measured it.....just to find out! Lol

I found that planned meal replacements didn't work. I like protein shakes - but I use them for the days when I'm in a hurry or there is nothing available that will fit my eating style - ie:no leftover meats, no veggies as its grocery day tomorrow, etc. I personally didn't see any success at all when I purposefully replaced…

Awesome job! :) Glad you found something that works for you!! :)

Exactly myself also. I had a sub on Saturday...I am still feeling the bloat and not nice effects of that tonight. Along with some grain coating on the fishi had this weekend.

We posted at the same time!

http://noglutennoproblem.blogspot.ca/2012/03/wheat-belly-busted.html?m=1 Check that out....I haven't read the book myself. I considered it, but am always hesitant to buy fad books. When I saw that article it convinced me not to bother. That being said.....I do live grain free as much as I can. Not due to celiac disease,…

Thanks! I will bookmark it so that I can make it for my GF boy and myself!

Awesome work all you Mums! :) I'm a Mum of 5 and would love to be able to post some success pictures in the next few months! :) It would be awesome to be the one wowing people along side the rest of you instead of just being wowed! :) LOL

I say that's a perfect REALISTIC goal. When you reach that one, take a look at yourself again and decide what your path is from there! Awesome work!

http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/ About halfway down there is a "find Your Plan" with a spot to pick male/female, age and what you want...weight loss or muscle building. I find anything by Jamie Eason pretty simple and easily adaptable to home workouts too if that ever became an option. You can print out PDF versions of…

You are very welcome! It's amazing how I look at others and see such high carbs and wonder how it works! But it does for many! Just not me....lol
