I'm one of these people in the gym who is overweight and struggling with my exercise. My face is as red as a beetroot and I feel like I do not belong there at all. I feel alien. Please, come up to me, tell me you think I'm doing a great job. It will boost my spirits and I'll feel a little like I belong there, that I can do…

Joining MFP is a fantastic first step and it's awesome you can see it working already. I love the community here, lots of information and helpful people. Don't get discouraged if you find it becoming difficult, you can always come back to MFP to log again, as I've done about 4 times now, haha. Add me if you like I'm an…

I love reading these stories. That is a crazy reading for a 21 year old, to have such high BPM's and blood pressure. But now your stats are pretty much perfect! Way to go. If I were you I would be so proud of myself, I'm sure you are. Well done

I have requested all you lovely ladies. Thank you for your support.

Always looking for friends. I need the positive energy surrounding me. :) That's a fantastic weight loss, and even more fantastic that you realised your body didn't just need weight loss, but muscle gain as well. Friend request is on its way! Truly inspirational 135 logging day streak. I'm excited to just see 7! Haha.

Totally agree with you.. I hate running in public - or any kind of public exercise (gym) my face goes beetroot in 2 seconds, I have pale skin, overweight and I sound like an asthmatic after 5 seconds. (when I'm not) What's worse? I actually SEE people turn their heads when driving past me. That's what gets me angry. (I…

Hey, My name's Emily too. I would be more then happy to add you as a friend, and encourage, support and help you through your tough times. I don't know what having an ed is like, but it sure sounds extremely difficult, and I can imagine you need all the support you can get. Feel free to add me, if you want a friend :)

It equals to walking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks. There is your month of 600 minutes :)

No no, you don't have 8 bananas and not count the points. As I said in my post, you can have 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegies, and that will be 0 points, but if you go over that, you have to log them. And also weight watchers accumulates the fruit and vegies into your points allocation so you're not losing out.…

That looks sooooooo good, but unfortunately they don't deliver to Australia :( damn.

This may be a little weird.. but inspiration is, I look at everyones before and after photos, especially ones that are similar to me, and I just glance at them all day, and it motivates me to eat well and workout. Because when I look at the photos I know it can happen. I'm very much a visual learner so this works for me :)…

Wow you're aiming to get down to 110lbs? I'm from Australia so I'm assuming thats around the 45-50kg range, which is tinyyyyyy. Are you looking to be a model? Good luck in everything, and welcome to MFP! p.s. your tracker is showing up below your post.

Helloo :) I'm Aussie too! I love this site, I think it's excellent and it really helps you to change your whole lifestyle, not just a quick shed of kilos, so the weight can stay off! Good luck, it's difficult, and this is the longest I've been dieting (3-4 weeks) but I know it's better for me and I'll feel and look SO much…

That's excellent, and SUCH a good choice :) If you need a buddie, I'm happy to be it! I know I'm only 19, but hey, you're still young, any support is good support! good luck :)

Just want to say.. That spin classes are HARD! and Kudos to you for wanting to TEACH them! You've inspired me to go and try them again. As for song choices.. Try DJ Sammy - techno music with words and peak bridges so there's a difference in pace and once the music picks up again it's really encouraging. Good luck! :)

Heyy To give you an idea my BMR is around 1400 , so therefore I have been advised to eat At LEAST 1200 calories a day. Since your BMR is higher at 1600 I recommend you eat at Least 1300-1400 if not higher, per day, and I agree with the last post, eat your exercise calories too, but always healthy food! Because you're…
