  • I have 2 small children so I have to workout in sperts. I do 10 mins in the morning. 10 in the afternoon and 25 at night. Does this count as a full 45 mins cardio workout? Or should I do the entire 45 at one time in order for the workout to matter?
  • has anyone tried slimfast products? I haven't yet but was thinking of purchasing a few bars and drinks and using them as meal replcements and snacks. Is this a good idea or bad?
  • One day I step on the scale and it states. 155 lbs,..ok fine. A few days later I step on the scale and it's 3 lbs lighter. Great! Oh, but wait. I stepped on this morning and it was back at 155! Why is this? Do you think it's simply water weight I was gaining and losing OR a bad scale?
  • Ok, so I don't personally own a treadmill...but my apartment complex had on. My goal is to start waking up 4 days a week @ 5 AM and walking on the treadmill for at least 45 mins. I CAN DO IT!!! I know the first couple days will be hard but I have to stay focused and motivated. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to make…
  • Great! Thank you!
  • I am new at this. I just left Target and walking around there pushing a heavy shopping car for about an hour. I feel like I may have burned a little something. So my question is...can I count this as a cardio work out? I know it was a lesuierly walking pace...but doing that for an hour should count for something right?
  • Welcome it's so nice to meet you!
  • I am a 25 year old happily married mother of two diva's! I love my husband endlessly and couldn't ask for better children. I am a stay at home who finds it hard to find time to excersie. My children are only 13 months apart (18mths and 6 mths old) and they keep me super busy..... lets just say I have alot of "baby weight"…
