I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and without a doubt you’ll have some gut issues if you are consistently bloating and can’t relate it to something specific. I would look into doing a gut healing protocol, they are lengthy but absolutely worth jt

Are you following a training plan specific to running? Doing regular speed sessions is the way to go for getting faster and then longer more steady sessions for getting fitter and being able to run longer etc

My go to would be: Rolling your foot on a frozen water bottle An anti inflammatory cream like fisiocrem Chiropractor

I never had it on my dating profile but I certainly wasn’t interested a shorter man… I went on a date with a guy stood beside him and he was 1cm shorter than me and I instantly in my head said ‘nope, this isn’t going to work’…. Anyway we are now married with two kids 😂

My rest day is a Sunday and I try to do something different each week that's ourdoors like kick a footy, go to the beach, go for a swim, rain forest walk, bike ride, casual walk etc :bigsmile:

Shoes, get some good quality running shoes! I had issues with my knee, brought great runners and solved the problem once it heeled :)

Thanks :) my knee to perfect now it's all healed but my actual muscles hurt, which I knew would happen cause I sat out for 12weeks but didn't think it would hurt this much lol

I refuse to stop exercising unless I've burnt at least 600calories :)

If I'm hungry I eat them back it really just depends, today I burnt 1,430 calories on a bike ride and there is no way ill be able to eat all that back... I do generally like to have a buffer to of at least 200calories :) P.S I use a HRM

Exactly this ^^ it's there job to help you, just approach them nicely you might find you were to quick to judge them :smile: I used to be the exact same, but I found I was usually to quick to judge people :flowerforyou:
