Count me in I am just starting over need all the help I can get to stay on track. My Starting weight is 271 and my goal by Christmas is 235 , I think its doable .

me and my coworkers did it for a week , no cheating followed everyday as directed and I lost 14lbs in the one week, however after two weeks it was all gained back . It is really just a detox felt good after but its not a keep the weight off kinda diet.

Thanks for the advise going to get tape toinight , the only relief I have found is rubbing with tennis ball and ice. The tennis ball really helps after a long day.

I like Jimmy Deans Turkey Sausage Biscuts and Jimmy Deans Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese Cressants , when I have them I feel like I have had something from a Fast Food Restaurant (which is my weakness) .
