  • Me toooooooooo! I am thinking about picking my scale up off the floor and putting it out of sight. Maybe if I don't see it I won't use it, you know- oughta sight oughta mind. I think I will weigh just one more time before I do LOL!
  • This was very helpful, because I too try and cosume somewhere between 25- 30 grams. I continuously go over on the protein too though.
  • I don't know how anyone can do this for over 30 minutes, I feel like I am about to die after only 20 mins and I just recently got to where I can do that. I am trying to work myself up to 30 minutes actually. My part that counts the calories burnt is broken because it was retrieved from my father-in-laws basement. MFP tells…
  • Congrats on the weight loss you have had so far! I am new to this site myself been here only 5 days. It is trully an inspirational site as I have drawn alot of motivation from here. I have lost 3 lbs this week! I know it is because I have been off my diet for awhile and I won't always lose 3 a week, but I am psyched about…
  • I have done this and you will lose weight, but it is not healthy in my opinion. I became extremely lethargic and my potassium bottomed out because I got dehydrated even though I drank 10-12 glasses of water each day. I think it is a gimmic. If you want to clean excess fecal matter out of your body you should eat plenty of…
  • Glad you liked it and I think I shall try it with chocolate myself in the morning Yummy!!!!!
  • Don't worry about it, I go over a little nearly everyday. If you are too strick on yourself and don't allow yourself a little wiggle room, you are likely to "fall of the wagon". Just stick to your excercise routine, pick yourself up dust yourself and go wide open after it tomorrow 'cause it's a whole new day! Good Luck!
  • Here is a link for the FDA's recall list: http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/peanutbutterrecall/index.cfm
  • I am not completely sure, but I thought it was only the ones they use in snack crackers. You can probably look this up on the FDA's website. I have a huge pantry and my peanut butter was bought a long while back, so I assume it is safe to use. The salmonella issue never crossed my mind whenever I posted this, I promise I…
  • I'm not sure if this has been posted, but I got it from All You magazine. I had it for breakfast the other morning. The fat content is high, but it is very filling and I had trouble finishing the whole thing. I added splenda to it as it was not sweet enough to me. The whole thing takes only 5 minutes to make! 12 oz. lowfat…
  • I use about 2-6 packets of Splenda with fiber everyday. I am not concerned about side effects. I believe that it is safe to use in moderation. I do have to wonder about 3cats mag. article though, because I have had trouble focusing here lately. It could also be low calorie intakes that causes the brain fog. I think it may…
  • I came across this site accidentally while I was trying to find the nutritional content for BK's Tendergrill Chicken sandwich. Anyhow, I am 29 years old and have been way overweight for most of my life. I have lost 42 lbs since last January. I still have about 20 lbs to lose, but it is getting harder and harder the closer…
