Hey you, just try the pure cocoa butter it does the exact same thing, and I can vouch that it works. And it's much less expensive at like Wal Mart or Target. Just get a generic brand of it.

I am on the same page..I actually get extremely hungry up to the point of my period showing up, it's terrible. I had my tubes tied in 2008 and I've had this problem ever since I gave birth to my oldest daughter in 2005... I don't know what it is, but it sucks... but what can we do?

you could buy some tomatoes, limes and cilantro and make yourself some homemade salsa too.. or in your water like someone else was saying in their post.. I hope this helps.. Good Luck

Well I actually made my own at home, followed the instructions on the Jillian Michaels Whey Protein container. I didn't workout this morning though, should I only drink after working out?

Hi Daisy, I'm in too.. I have the DVD...Are we starting this tonight? I was doing the DVD two to three times a week and it is definitely intense, but worth every minute of it. How does this all work with all of us doing the workout? I don't mean to sound stupid, but I just joined this website this morning.. Thanks
