Green tea

I'm not sure who posted the original post a few weeks ago that reminded us of the benefits of drinking green tea, but I wanted to say thank you. Since then, I have been drinking a litre of green tea per day and I feel wonderful.

To those who dislike it, break up a cinnamon stick and add it when you are brewing the tea. It is lovely!

    that sounds like a fantastic idea with the cinnamon, plus cinnamon helps with sugar levels for diabetic people :laugh:

    I used to drink it all the time, but haven't been lately. Do you make it yourself, or buy it pre-made?
