There was no comment necessary, but thanks anyway. I agree, balance is key! I'd enjoyed the thread started by the OP. Had a great lunch, and will probably stop and get some donuts later. I'm outtie!

This thread is wrong on so many levels. First of all, I was intending to be bashed over the head with why I should be eating clean. 2nd, I haven't at lunch and this thread makes me want to run to the closest Krispy Kreme (about an hr 1/2 away) to get some fresh warm donughts.....and then stuff a burger w/bacon and cheese…

After just celebrating my one year anniversary, I can easily name the things I love most about my husband: He is handsome He is very passionate He is a great listener He is a deep thinker He is alert and attentive (to me and in general) He is supportive He is a giver He is goofy He doesn't care what people think

So I've fluctuated between 5-7 lbs on maintenance since January. I don't really think that is too bad. I'd say in maintence, you need to monitor your…

Congrats! Maybe the accidental cheat motivated you even more to reach your goal. Either way, I'm glad that your medical record reflects your actual weight until you reach your next goal. I hope all goes well with your knee surgery.

My now husband quit smoking and gained weight as well. I did find the excess weight a little unattractive. Call it superficial if you want. However, I realized that if I was going to grow old with this person that I would have to take the good with the bad. I was patient with him. I also changed my eating and exercise…

Really good ideas on here. Did anyone say Egg Muffins? Too easy. Grab your muffin pan, a few eggs (or egg whites) , your fav veggies (peppers, spinach, and etc), and your choice of cheese. Fill each muffin cup. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 mins and your good to go!

Well done! And awesome that you have been able to maintain. You look great!

 Sorry I can't help ya with this one.
