Geez! Where was I when this thread got started? Love it! Height 5'7 1/2 on big hair days 5'8 CW - 160lbs Thighs - 25 in I sooo want to lose 1 1/2 - 2 inches off my thighs. My trigger food was pizza. I can't just eat one slice, so I would make my own healthier version. However, more recently Cheez-It's are my fav. I don't buy them often. I've worn my HRM monitor before b/c I wanted to know how many cals I was burning and how high my heart rate was. Don't judge me. I wouldn't log it, but it's I sure feel like it's an extra workout on top of my other workouts. :blushing:

I started my mom weight lifting yesterday and she's already ready for the next session. I can't wait to show her your progress pics so that she can know that age is just a number.
