I don't have all the answers, but I can tell you that a lot of the protein shakes have a bunch of stuff in them that isn't particularly good for you. You are supposed to have them as a replacement to a meal/snack, but I really have a hard time keeping satisfied from them. Protein should keep you feeling full, but so will…
