Comparing to other people won't make you smaller or make you feel better. Everyone is shaped differently. It is unfair to compare to your younger self because you were younger. Things change over time.

Everyone has their preferences that is all. Since losing weight I do notice more males looking but I'm sure there is more to it then that. I dress better now which could also be it as well. Or maybe I'm just looking for it. Who knows..

Pardon me but it is idiotic to switch your antidepressant for the soul purpose of weight loss. If you are having no problems with it there is no reason to change it and the doctor probably won't anyway.

You will just have to see when you get there. 150 is a good starting goal but seems high for only being 5ft tall. I am large for my size as well. 5'5" 138 lbs and still in large shirts. My shoulders and chest just don't fit in anything smaller.

There is a big difference between the two pictures! Just keep going. Belly fat is always the slowest to go.

I am at about 23% in the morning and 24-25% by evening. My goal right now is to see if I can get to about 21% and then do a bulk to get some gains. LBM 107
