Thank you all for the input. I do plan on sticking with the stretching plan. If it does not go away the doc said next would be physical therapy and steroid shots.

I read that many people who are people pleasers end up eating more or what they don't really want just to make other people comfortable.

Over estimating calories burned thus eating too much and gaining weight. Pilates and yoga probably only burns 100 calories in that 45 mins.
