I just read an article saying if you are preoccupied with food and have to plan what you eat and log everything you eat it is considered an eating disorder. When do you bulk?
I am trying to lose body fat while lifting. Do I keep eating at a deficit like I have been doing? Or do you bulk to lose more fat?

Always hungry from lifting
For a couple months now I've been doing more lifting and finding myself always hungry. I was having to do extra cardio just to keep my 500 cal deficit. I changed the deficit to 250 and this has helped a lot. The only sucky part is I don't lose weight at the .5 lb a week goal. I'm thinking about cycling every other month…

Stretch Mark free pregnancy
Anybody else have a stretch mark free pregnancy? Just curious. I ate very healthfully my entire pregnancy and was on my feet walking a lot up until the 8th month. Right after having my baby I was only 15 pounds over my pre-prego weight.

How much should I really be eating?
MFP recommends 1300 net cals to lose 1 lb a week. But I only lose .5 lb a week or sometimes none on that diet. Even with eating exercise cals back I feel weak. Lower HR
Before I started working out my resting HR was always about 97 bpm. I just checked it this morning and now it is 53 bpm! Also, I can fit into our size small scrubs now! It's weird to think I was moving up to a large before I started working out.
