I am trying to lose body fat while lifting. Do I keep eating at a deficit like I have been doing? Or do you bulk to lose more fat?

Bulking is when you ate above your maintenance to gain muscle. So no, you can not lose fat when bulking. When bulking you will gain mostly muscle, if done right, but you will also gain some fat, cos you are above maintenance cals. So later you will need to cut after you done bulking, what would be going in calorie deficit to lose fat while keeping muscle, what basically you are doing now - cutting.
Keep lifting in calorie deficit if you want to lose fat. You might even add some muscle while losing fat if you are a newbie to lifting.0 -
