*giggle* Thanks!! It wasn't exactly a high speed pace... my max speed was 7.5mph but my average was 3.3mph. So, on AVERAGE... it was just slightly more than a walk! LOL

BFBM is no joke! It is a pretty intense 40 minute cardio! By the time I get to the end I'm POOPED! Keep at it... you will work up you will be able to work thru it! Promise!

I have 30 Day Shred, and Banish Fat. 30 Day is a good one for some results. She does give you quite the workout. The Banish DVD is ALL cardio! Don't get me wrong, there is muscle building in there too... but it's 40 minutes of pure *kitten* kicking cardio. It gets "easier" as you build up, but, never easy!!

I never thought about jogging in the pool. We live in Jacksonville NC, so, I'm used to the heat and humidity. Since I'm an hour ahead I would be waking up around 5:30 to go jog. Maybe I will just do the jogging in the pool... we will see... LOL

I started with no weights... then I added them. When I FIRST started it... I was all gun ho and I started with 5 pound weights.. I didn't do it again for MONTHS! LOL
