Do you eat/drink anything before your workout? I found in my previous morning workouts i would really struggle with not eating and feeling really sluggish

I had apple spice gluten free oatmeal and 2 scrambled eggs cooked in coconut oil.

I'm sorry that you are having to deal with all of this. Writing is a good distractions. The best thing you can do for your daughter is admit your fault and ask for forgiveness. Just deal with one thing at a time.

I think Day 2 is def worse than day 1 with the sore muscles. But still a good workout. This time I decided to work out will my daughter was still up so I had a toddler hanging all over me. But I still got it done!
