What has helped was to buy a book about someone you admire and hear about their triumphs and falls. As cliche as it wounds, it could work. I read the 41-year-old olympic swimmer, Dara Torres' autobiography and Idk why, but it motivated me a lot, esp to work out!

Hey, ok for abs I do 30 v-ups, 30 rockies (when you go into a ball then to a hollow hold), 30 leg lifts, 30 regular crunches, and 30 then my feet are in the air and I life by head and my but at the same time. I have a problem: whenever I go to pack lunches for the next day I always find myself having a cookie or a cracker or a bit of sandwich crust... how do i stop that? I think i need to start having MEALS and not just snacking, it's adding up, Im just scared to eat things that I can count the calories in!!!:ohwell:

I dont know how many I want to loose...my mom doesnt think that i should loose any, but that mom for ya. I have a rule with my girl friends who all use this site that once every 4 weeks on a friday we stop counting for the evening and satisfy our cravings.
