I am SO mad right now!!!! Saturday morning I was down 4lbs since Wednesday (which I was totally excited about!) And now this morning I am back up 3lbs!!! I seriously hate TOM! I have been eating great and exercising hard this week and I know I earned those pounds... How's everyone else?

Yeah I just throw it all in there and then right before i eat it I take the chicken out and shred it and put it back in. Its so good!

Try black tea, I saw on Dr. Oz yesterday that it helps fight bad breath :) also Mate tea is similar caffeine to coffee.

Start out with Phase 1 and then as you get better at it you go up to Phase 2 instead of Phase 1. Only do one phase.

But as Jillian Michaels says in one of her DVDs, I think it might be the 30 day shred, everybody is told that you can just take the stairs and its untrue and you have to work if you want to lose weight. As for health this book might be right but not for weight loss. You have to work for what you want.

I log it in the morning after breakfast, and log the whole day except for dinner, I log dinner after cause I know thats when I eat the most and it changes all the time. I find it easier to stick with if I log in the AM but I do end up having edits now and again though the day.

I have been on this lifestyle change for a year now... but just recently I have the hunger problem. I was never a person to constantly eat. My stomach should have shrank by now... I wonder if it is a chemical thing or something...
