That's it. I'm buying a dag nam HRM. Friggity frack. I teach an hour of jazzercise and do bodysculpting every Sunday. I wonder where I am truly at with those pesky calories anyway! I was just logging 700-750 depending on my sweat factor. :)

Either. JJ - get an unwich with a pickle. Taco Johns...chicken taco or regular crispy taco (order no cheese on either) and use some salsa.

Rykas I have a blue pair of Transitions and a pair of black/pink ones- can't remember what type they are though.... I prefer my flashy blue ones. LOVE the pivot action and light feel of them.

I would give it a full 2-3 weeks to balance out a bit. An average of 3lbs a week is a lot and may take some time for your body to adjust. Monitor your intake & output honestly and be patient with yourself. It's a lifestyle not a race. Best wishes!

Girl's Night Out is THIS Friday at my center. I'm thinking feathers & glitter. I am on stage for 5 songs - but only have to cue one. The leg routine is killer!! My body is really feeling all the extra rehearsal time this week. Wowza! So glad everyone's having fun with it. Completely worth $15!!

As you probably know- it's age, weight, height, and then (of course) how hard you work (heart rate) that determine your total burn for a session. It is going to be different every time. I know that I get more calories teaching than when I just go to class. I also burn more when my district manager shows up! :)

I get the tuna in olive oil and strain it. Then I mix it in with one of those 'steamer' bags of whole green beans or one of the veggie mixes for a quick, hot, and cheap lunch.

What she said...this stuff is THICK and it works. My husbanda still uses it for severely cracked/bleeding knuckles sometimes. Its pricey...but it lasts.

I like to think of that as the scale's dirty little way of telling you to keep working hard. When the scale does that- hit 'ignore' and work even harder. If you do- it will drop again.

I've taken to performing a full body spin (like a runway model), flipping my hair back, giving a quick wink and a "Thank you". If you can do that, a simple Thank you, I've been working hard will be much easier.
