One of the main reasons I went to drinking these is because I HATE veggies except salads so yeah I think I will continue with these just to get the added nutrition

I have a few excercise Dvds that I might start doing once or twice a week... ive been wanting to do C25K but I have no one to run with me and there are some people in my town that are kind of sketch so we'll have to see with that! Haha

BUMP! I have this problem as well which makes the idea of going to the gym less appealing (I don't mind the working out part but my mind being bored is torture). I used to watch netflix but unless its a upbeat movie I don't go my full 100% like I do when I'm listening to music. I also tried reading but I almost fell off…
