My husband eats junk around me too, however I don't consider him unsupportive. It's my choice to get healthy, not his. If he want to continue to eat junk, so be it. It's ultimatly my decision to eat good, and nobody elses.

You should up your calories if you have an active lifestyle. Also, you said that you try and stay under you 1200 calorie limit; why? That's what you're supposed to eat. If you eat less than you'll go into starvation mode. I eat 1560 calories a day and have lost 16lbs so far. Good luck!

I'm a woman 5'9 and lost 16lbs so far. I can see a difference, however I'm still the same size. I notice that my double chin is smaller, but still there...and my third and fourth boobs are going away. LOL. You'll start noticing a difference in about a month or two, depending on your routine.

A warm hat and gloves; depending on how cold it is try battery heated gloves. A ski mask instead of a hat will keep your face warm. And lots of thin layers of clothes.

Size 12 is not a plus size, at least not in America. It's FAR from it! Plus size where I buy starts at size 18. Size 12 is actually in the "normal" departments of the stores making it NOT plus size. Maybe where your from it's different, IDK.

I love my cheat day, and I'm still losing weight! I don't extremly overeat, however I do eat about 1000 more calories than I would normally. Then I feel fat and exercise like crazy, lol, maybe that's why I still lose the weight.

You don't have to count the sugar when eating natural sugar like fruits. Only count when it comes from an unatural source, for instance frosted flakes, or sugar in coffee and etc.

Tilapia is a very bland tasting fish, to me. I'd get fish seasoning, salt, pepper, and/or I've heard on putting mayo on fish....but that may be fattening.

This is completely NORMAL!!! Stick to weighing yourself in the morning ONLY, and ONLY once a week. Once a week because some days we fluctuate with our weight because of water, and you will become discouraged with this.

It's probably because you're on a fad diet. These diets aren't good and you'll eventually gain all of weight back. Sorry, but you should try eating real food.

I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but when I do eat I'll have one of two things. A whole wheat english muffin toasted with 2tbs of peanut butter. Or two eggs and 1 slice of cheese on whole wheat toast with ketchup.

I think 1200 calories is too low. I started MFP in the beginning of December, and MFP put me on 1560 calories per day.
