Did a half hour on the wii fit, a half hour strength training, and a half hour on the treadmill :D Was a great start to my year!

I had a crush on this one boy for the longest time. One day he made the comment "You really need to lose some weight." It hurt. Alot. I was 12 at the time, but I still remember it to this day.

I will be doing 30 mins of strength, and then a good 30 mins of running. Hoping to get in at least 2 1/2 miles. Then maybe later I will do an hour on the wii fit.
