I feel bad reading all your post and the healthy things you guys ate this morning. i was out partying so it wasn't the healthiest start.
Apart from copious amount of vodka, i had myself a big mac with some french fries.0 -

The first things that I had in 2013 are two bananas, 5.35 servings (4 cups) of Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted Cereal, two clementine oranges, and 1.5 cups of Silk Almond Milk.0

I stopped snacking after midnight and switched to water to drink so I could have a good start to the new year lol. I had vanilla coffee with a T of caramel vanilla creamer and a coconuts Luna bar for breakfast!0

For the moment, just guzzling water and Powerade Zero to rehydrate. :drinker:0

2 slices of wholemeal bread and a scrape of marmalade to make me feel human. Plus several cups of TEA. Does no one else drink tea round here?:drinker:0

French roast coffee with 2 poached eggs on a whole wheat bread slice and caramelized red onions with garlic and balsamic....386 calories, 17 grams of protein! yummy!0

I had some maple bacon grits (don't worry, they're the 100 calorie low sodium kind!), some green tea and carrots with greek yogurt dip (my fridge is broken, so I'm trying to eat whats in there quick HA!)0
