I'm no expert but it looks like you need to eat a little more at lunch. If you like veggies eat a big salad with light dressing or some homemade soup. The apple is good because it has a high fiber and water content that will fill you up but some of the smaller stuff will not keep your stomach full. Maybe try a turkey wrap…
