I've always heard the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn. I would think that doing an exercise where your core is engaged would create the muscle which in turn would shape up your stomach. Zumba is a great example of this. Also, swapping out low fat or no fat items in conjunction with the exercise should help…

Assuming you are talking about "head hunger." Either way I find low fat microwave popcorn to do the trick. You could also make a gigantic salad and squeeze lemon juice over the top of it with a little pepper and sea salt. :)
