  • I have been to six flags in CA as a size 18 and had no issue getting on all the rides there. Use it as motivation and go enjoy your trip.
  • This looks great. I do have a question though. Where does everyone find the PB2?

  • I don't input a week's worth of meals on here, typically I will prelog a day to that I can plan. I typically keep a sheet of paper in my kitchen of what I plan to cook for dinner's that week depending on the kids activities. That way I know what I will be eating for dinners, pre enter that and then will plan each day my…
  • Hello. I just turned 40 this month. I am on here everyday and plan on not going anywhere (did that and gained back all I had lost two years ago). Feel free add
  • This with the exception that I don't usually log gains on TOM week
  • I would probably actually start running for some of this!!!
  • Congrats on several things 1) your daily committment to you 2) your loss of 60 pounds and 3) increasing your spiritual well being. All of these things are a journey and take work. Same days are easier than others but everyday takes effort. Great job on making that effort and it paying off for you.

  • I don't count the little stuff like cooking and doing dishes. But when I am cleaning how and it takes more than an hour, you bet I log it. I may not eat back the cals but I will log it as I feel that I have done something and I usually break a sweat doing it. Either log it or increase your setting to a more active number.…
  • I think about various things that need to be done. I will make grocery lists in my head, work out a problem from work, etc... For the ear buds, maybe just find cheap ones that you don't mind replacing regularly. Good luck
  • I am in. I can totally do these sitting in my meeting on the phone at my desk that starts in 15 minutes.
  • Thank you for the warning and I am sorry you got treated like that. This should be a forum for support and encouragement, cheering our successes and refocusing when we fail. This is a journey to a healthier "us" and shouldn't be taken advantage of. Feel free to friend
  • I just hit 40 last week and I know things are much slower this time around. Feel free to add me.
  • Way to go!!!!! Great milestones achieved and will help to push you for the 2nd half of your journey. Congrats
  • Oh just found this group and I am so excited!!!    I love the Leslie videos and I have been doing the 5 Mile Power Walk video lately though not all 5 each time. I try to get all 5 in at least twice a week. I have no idea how many miles I walk in a month so this is a starting goal to see how it…
  • Awesome results....How long did this take? Keep it up!!!
  • Hello. Tomorrow is my quit day as I am turning 40 tomorrow. I quit for the same reason that it was time to get healthy. Feel free anyone to add me.
  • I just used "*kitten*" in a meeting at work and actually made folks laugh...

  • totally understand the freak out reaction. Unfortunately this does happen all the time and you should be notified by your new lender soon. This happened to me when I was paying off student loans. Keep track of what you have done to try and pay it and such. You just probably managed to check on it in the inbetween stage of…
  • Thank you for the feedback. I appreciate it
  • Bump.....anyone have suggestions
  • If you are on this website, you must think enough of yourself that you want to do something with your lifestyle. That being said, think enough of yourself to truely ask yourself if you deserve this treatment? I think the answer is probably "No" you don't deserve this. I don't think you are being unrealistic to expect more…
  • LMAO.... When you lay down on the bed to button and zip your pants and then have to yell to someone to come rescue you off the bed
  • For me personally, I know that I will need to at least keep an eye on calorie counting forever. I lost almost 40 pounds using MFP two-three years ago. Then got lazy and quit logging, watching it or even exercising (gee I got married too - corralation??) So now I am back, exercising, logging everything, reading all labels…
  • Cameron - it is totally awesome that you have taken control of your body and your eating in your situation. I know diet is always a big concern over there and you have taken charge. Stay safe
  • OP - first off....Don't give up. If you need to tackle one obstacle at a time do so. I started back to MFP on 1/1 to rebuild my healthy eating and exercise habits. I am down 9 lbs now and my quit day for smoking is 3/1 (my 40th bday). I am going to use many of the same things already said to be successful at quitting…
