  • Something that really screwed me up in the beginning: when you eat bacon, are you eating the bacon fat that melts off of it? Because the calorie counts are only for the bacon with the grease drained. Other than that, stalls happen and they suck, i definitely feel your pain on that one but remember: they don't last forever!
  • I've been doing it since January, and I have stayed on a strict keto diet. I've just added weight every week instead of every workout since I'm not getting tons of protein.   • I think this is where intermittent fasting is really helpful, because once I go over my calories it's already bedtime so I just take some melatonin and go to sleep
