Can't see your diary to know what you are eating but if you are eating healthily you could be adding muscle, the other reason could be an underactive thyroid?

the same thing happened to me last week but it came off again this week! No idea why as i've been eating and exercising well. Sorry I can't help but just wanted you to know you are not alone! :)

I'm low carbing and high fat too but my loss is very slow and I actually put weight on last week although it's come back off again this week (but no additional loss :( ) i've added you so you can see what i eat. I do eat fruit though so my carbs maybe aren't as low as yours!

remember also that if you've been eating so little you may initially put on weight until your body gets used to being able to use the extra calories! Also I try and avoid all diet processed food (i.e. low calorie) as they tend to have more sugar in to compensate for the lack of fat/taste! I now prefer to have more tasty…

I bought the DVD and only did it a few times, maybe this should kick start me back into it! Have done 30 mins on the treadmill plus some hoola hooping today, so will start tomorrow! :)

I'm slow too, was losing an average of half a pound a week but have an underactive thyroid too and when they reduced my medication I started putting weight on again and not been able to lose since. Now trying atkins but recording on here to keep calories in check but not having any success so far!
