When I make French toast I just count the egg even when there is extra, I'd rather overestimate then under.

My waist is about a half inch to inch bigger at night so its possible it's because of the time of day.

My fiancé is 5'11" and ranges between 140-145 and he wants to gain at least 15-20 pounds. So 140 is healthy but I would go more on how you look and feel, because it is on the low end.

That's great congrats :)

I think it's the best thing and the worst thing all at the sane time. When I was in New York seeing the calories mortified me, it's hard to enjoy a meal when you know it's more than what I usually eat in a day. I like to know, but at the same time sometimes I want to go out and eat unhealthy and not know how unhealthy.

I went from a 34C to 32C but it's definitely a noticeable difference. I wouldn't call it a myth but it varies person to person.

I have the same issue, I just bought a new outfit, several sizes smaller and I looked at myself and thought I look pretty good, clothes come off I feel gross. It's definitely self image issues, hopefully after a few more pounds I'll be happy with naked me.

You have to lose overall fat, eventually you will lose fat from the pouch. It's one of the last places that fat started coming off my body, but I did shrink it about 3 1/2-4 inches after losing about 25 pounds. Just time and exercise, and lots of crunches so when the fat comes off you have nice abs to show off

I think it depends on the person, personally I don't want anyone bothering me at the gym, if I'm doing something wrong I'll survives, but if the person looks approachable, it doesn't hurt to mention something, just don't do it in a I know more I'm better than you sort of way and hopefully the person doesn't mind and…

I'm in the same boat as you, (seriously just finished eating a cookie  ) I've been trying to stay motivated but food just tastes so good. I think it's even harder with the holidays, Thanksgiving thru New Years, I have the mindset of well my diet is already ruined and I keep indulging. Just take every day as a new…

I've adjusted them several times, my first goal was 15 pounds then went every five pounds after that, my new goal will make it a total of 30 pounds, hopefully I'll be happy after I reach that goal.

I don't know, but McDs has their nutrition facts online, so you can look there.

I've lost all of my weight and not once worried about my macros, if I had room for it in my calories I had it. Just about every day I'm over my carbs, maybe I would have lost weight faster with less carbs, but I'd rather eat/drink what I want.

I'm the type of person who feels naked without my rings, but I learned the hard way not resizing one of my rings and I lost it :(.. but if it were my wedding ring I would definitely resize it a million times so I wouldn't have to not wear it whether because it's too big or too small.

It's definitely worth it, I would rather be unhappy about what I'm eating, than unhappy about the way I look.

When I did the 30 DS I did it every day, but a few times a week I added in other cardio as well. I would go on how you feel, if your too tired and sore then you should probably rest, but if you feel like you can do more than definitely go for it. Just make sure if you feel sore to rest your muscles.

I'm 5'2", so only an inch shorter and I'm bouncing between 118-120 right now, I started at 145 and it took my 6 months to get to 118. Right not I'm just trying to maintain until the holidays are over, but my goal is 115, I think. For your height I think 120-130 is a good range. Setting a goal is hard, it really depends on…

If you don't mind eating the same thing everyday then go for it. Im a picky eater too, I eat chicken and hamburg, if you look at my diary every week is the same. (if you look at my diary go back a month I've been bad lately on a bing trying to get myself under control again)

Definitely depends on the type if pasta but penne and ziti like pastas that have 8 servings per box are about 3/4 cup dry and about 1 cup cooked.

I can't wait!! Fantasy draft in 3 weeks :)

If your eating enough and aren't hungry, then congrats it's a good thing. It could also be your body fluctuating. I wouldn't worry unless it was a huge amount each week for months and you werent trying.

I know that 4oz of boneless/skinless chicken breast is about 110-120, not sure about measuring by a cup.

Adding nuts are an easy way to add calories, a handful is between 100-200 calories.
-
As long as your eating at a deficit you will lose weight. Of course exercise helps the process but you don't want to injure yourself trying to exercise. If some exercises don't make you as dizzy as others maybe just do those.

Depending on height 3.5 pounds can make a big difference. I'm 5'2" and every couple pounds changes my body. And on how to lose the last 3 pounds, I can't help I have 3-8 to go, haven't stalled out yet, fingers crossed it won't happen anytime soon.

I'm 5'2" I usually eat 1100-1300. I eat back my exercise calories if I'm hungry or just really want a treat. MFP yells at me for not eating enough somedays but I figure if I'm not hungry why eat. I just listen to what my body tells me.
