Hey MFP :flowerforyou:

I have a question....... Is getting rid of the excess lower belly fat something that is possible w/o surgery :noway: ? If so, how :huh: ? As this have been the office debate all morning :angry: . Thxs guys.. :happy:

    You have to lose overall fat, eventually you will lose fat from the pouch. It's one of the last places that fat started coming off my body, but I did shrink it about 3 1/2-4 inches after losing about 25 pounds. Just time and exercise, and lots of crunches so when the fat comes off you have nice abs to show off :smile:

    i have one - oh lucky me :sad: i must do what feels like a million different types of sits ups and planks and all kinds of lower ab exercises. i have noticed since joining and loosing it's slooooooooowwwwwwwwlllllyyyyyy getting smaller but it's still there and i suspect i will always have it. darn thing! although i do hope to loose enough to one day have a ridiculous 6 pack! :bigsmile:
