I have a question....... Is getting rid of the excess lower belly fat something that is possible w/o surgery :noway: ? If so, how :huh: ? As this have been the office debate all morning

You have to lose overall fat, eventually you will lose fat from the pouch. It's one of the last places that fat started coming off my body, but I did shrink it about 3 1/2-4 inches after losing about 25 pounds. Just time and exercise, and lots of crunches so when the fat comes off you have nice abs to show off0

i have one - oh lucky me :sad: i must do what feels like a million different types of sits ups and planks and all kinds of lower ab exercises. i have noticed since joining and loosing it's slooooooooowwwwwwwwlllllyyyyyy getting smaller but it's still there and i suspect i will always have it. darn thing! although i do hope to loose enough to one day have a ridiculous 6 pack! :bigsmile:0
