I know that 4oz of boneless/skinless chicken breast is about 110-120, not sure about measuring by a cup.
  • There are many items in the DB that are off. Remember, they were all added by people like you and me. Some people skip adding the right amount of sodium, fat, etc....some are not concerned with those items so they only input the calorie count in an item and forget about the rest.

Keep a close eye on the items you select! Check them with your food labels nutrition values...at least the first time you choose an item.

There are also countless calorie counters on the Internet. If you think something is wrong then check it against another source.

For meats, try and stick with using a scale instead of measuring cups. It's helped me from having to guesstimate everything....

However...this is what I found. Hopefully it'll help!
