I keep losing then gaining then losing then gaining.....I'm tired of it ! Need to have someone help me stay on track even after I reach my goal which I was 10lbs from then quit! Now I'm 40 lbs from it! Help

I used to have a cheat meal for my husband but now he is starting to embrace to healthy lifestyle so no more for me and it feels great :)
